The ultimate safari tour through Tanzania
This safari tour takes you through some of the finest nature parks in northern Tanzania. After your first night in Arusha, you’ll set off with your local driver-guide for Tarangire National Park, where elephants roam among towering baobabs. You’ll then travel through the highlands of Ngorongoro to the vast plains of the Serengeti.
There’s another special highlight on the way back: the Ngorongoro Crater. Together with your driver-guide, you’ll descend to the crater floor and search for wildlife in this remarkable landscape.
Follow a carefully planned route through northern Tanzania, with accommodation and safaris arranged in advance. Your private driver-guide takes care of the driving and adapts each day’s schedule to the route, conditions and opportunities in the parks. This leaves room to stop along the way and watch wildlife, while staying within the planned itinerary.
You’ll travel with your own group in a Toyota Land Cruiser with a private driver-guide. Your guide takes care of the driving, helps you spot wildlife and tells you more about Tanzania’s nature along the way.
The Land Cruiser Troopy is suitable for 2 to 4 travellers. Travelling with a larger group or looking for more space? Choose the Land Cruiser Extended, which seats up to 6 travellers. The driver-guide is additional in both vehicles.
Fuel for the planned route is included.
During this trip, you’ll spend 7 nights in a mix of hotels, lodges and safari camps, from Arusha and Lake Manyara to the Ndutu savannah, the Ikoma area and Karatu.
When booking, you can choose between the standard package and the comfort package, which costs an extra €200 per person for the entire trip.
The difference applies to 4 of the 7 nights. With the standard package, you’ll stay in a compact safari tent with shared bathroom facilities on these nights. With the comfort package, you’ll enjoy a more spacious safari tent with a private bathroom and toilet.
The two nights in Arusha and the night in Karatu are the same for both packages.
