At Tanzania Nomads, we believe travel should bring you closer to a destination. That’s why we developed a safari circuit through Tanzania’s most impressive natural areas together with local partners. With a local private driver-guide, you’ll discover the landscapes, wildlife and stories behind the places you visit.

It all started with a meeting. Sainga grew up in a Datooga community in the Tanzanian bush. He had the opportunity to study and became a safari guide after graduating, sharing his culture and knowledge with travellers.

During one of his travels, he crossed paths with Thomas, who was responsible for developing new projects at Travelbase. Together, they created Tanzania Nomads: a safari built around local expertise and personal guidance, with your route, accommodation and park entry fees all arranged for you. That leaves you with plenty of time to take in the sights, listen and experience Tanzania.
